- DO NOT turn any electrical switches on or off (this includes light switches)
- DO NOT use your phone inside the property
- DO NOT smoke or use naked flames
- DO open all windows and doors to ventilate
- DO turn off the gas at the meter if safe to do so
- DO evacuate everyone from the property
- CALL 0800 111 999 (National Gas Emergency) from outside
